Service Refund

Please reach out to our staff before applying for a refund, we will assist you further and guide you the way. 

Criterias eligible for refund are for loss or damaged Items. Lost or damaged Items must be notified to us at the time of collection.

Refunds from returns will only begin processing once we have received the physical return Items and a quality check is completed to either approve or reject the refund requested. Once the processing is completed, Mr.Clean’s liability with respect to any lost or damaged Items caused by us shall not exceed ten (10) times the charge for cleaning that Item, regardless of brand or condition.
